One of the most beautiful things photography has given me is the opportunity to learn about different cultures through the families I meet.

I met this family about 7 years ago, and over the years I’ve loved learning about their traditions, celebrations, and beautiful attire.

Getting to know the things that mean so much to my clients is something I’ll never take for granted. ❤️

I’ve photographed him since before he was born, so seeing this much personality come out at 2 was pretty freaking cute.

And check him out trying to take my job already. 😂📸

Years ago, we took the 3rd photo with Penelope holding dad’s hands. Then came Madeline, so of course we had to recreate it with mom.

And this year, we had one more baby to add. 💙

When they asked me to recreate it with their baby boy, I knew I wanted him right in the middle, holding one hand with mom and one with dad, connecting all three.

Three babies, three different years, and a little tradition I didn’t even know we were starting when we took that first photo. 😭

I just love this so much. This is why I love what I do.

I started photographing mom way back when she graduated college, and somehow I’ve been lucky enough to be there for every maternity session and so many family photos since.

Since moving away, they welcomed their baby boy, so getting to finally meet him and photograph all FIVE of them while I was back in Vegas was extra special.

I’ve watched this family grow quite literally one baby at a time and I just love them. 🤎

I’ve been a little MIA on here this summer, but I had to share these. 😅

This is my son, Tyler, and his first football portraits for his very first season.

A little on the field, a little in the studio, and a whole lot of his personality.

Which one’s your favorite?

A free day in a new city… and choosing to remember it this way.

She had one day while in town and made it intentional, time to slow down, be present, and create something for herself.

I had a few spots in mind, and we moved through them unhurried… somewhere along the way, it stopped feeling like a photoshoot.

More like time spent with someone you’ve known longer than you have.

The kind of experience that stays with you long after you’ve left.
